FAQ
How do I reserve my date?
To secure your wedding date, I require a 30% non-refundable retainer, which blocks off the date + secures my services. This is paid when you sign your contract.
For couples sessions, 50% is due at contract signing.
What if I don't want an engagement session?
You are absolutely not required to take advantage of your complimentary engagement session. It is complimentary (meaning it holds no monetary value) because I view engagement sessions as a great way for us to get familiar with one another. You can get an idea of what to expect on your wedding day as I pose and prompt you, and I can learn how you work together, as well as what poses bring you the most comfort.
How long does it take to get our pictures back?
Your engagement photos are available no later than 3 weeks after your session. Your wedding photos are available no later than 90 days after your wedding day. You will receive them in an online gallery when they are completed, but I always have a sneak peek of your wedding day available on my Facebook page within 48 hours.(www.facebook.com/phbytw)
How many pictures come with my wedding collection?
In a typical day, I get roughly 60-100 images per hour. This varies in the event that you have slower parts of the day, but I promise you that I do not hold back. Any photo that is up to standards is included in your gallery. Duplicate images, out of focus images, and shots with bad expressions or poor lighting are deleted from your gallery- everything else is all yours!
Do you have a second shooter?
I have a workflow that is tried and true on wedding days, and with the aid of my customized timeline specific to your wedding, I am sure to maximize my time with you and capture every detail without missing a beat. Some couples do opt to add a second shooter to further maximize our time, but it is never required.
Second shooters can be added on for $100 per hour, with a minimum of 5 hours.
Can we print our photos?
ABSOLUTELY! You can print, download, and share as you wish! You receive full-resolution images that can be printed anywhere you desire. If you want large or professionally printed photos, I am happy to submit an order for you at a professional-grade lab exclusive to photographers.
